Good people with different skills.
On site, leading jobs, in the office or just starting out — if you want to do great work and keep learning, we want to hear from you.
What you get
More than a job — a place to grow and do work that matters.
Grow with us
Through the Lipame Academy you learn on real sites and on our own courses — including the Elite Site Supervisor Masterclass and the Solar PV Installers course. We help you move from mate to electrician, and from electrician to supervisor.
Work that helps people
We wire hospitals, schools and labs, and fit solar panels and batteries that cut people’s bills and carbon. What you build keeps working for years.
Share what you know
Experienced people teach the new ones. Pass it on — and you’ll learn more yourself.
A team that listens
Ideas come from the people doing the job. If you see a better way, say it — we’ll try it.
Variety
Electrical, solar, mechanical and BMS under one roof, so there is always something new to learn.
