We install the panels, wire every sensor and valve, and stay until it works. With our partner Mondrelog we have also started to design and build panels. Led by Vaidas Kavaliauskas, our BMS Director.
One team for the whole job means no gaps between the electricians and the controls engineer.
We plan the panel feeds and field wiring from the points schedule.
We fit the tray, trunking and cables to every device.
Every circuit and point is tested and labelled.
We fix the panels on site and wire every sensor, valve and actuator.
We check every point with the controls engineer.
We work in partnership with Mondrelog (Mondre Logics Ltd) on factory production line upgrades and automation, working together from survey to switch-on.
For a poultry factory near Ipswich we designed and built our own control box in a stainless steel enclosure, with our engraved metal Lipame nameplate, and wired it to the machine. We also find and fix faults on the factory’s own panels and production line — quickly, so the line keeps running.
