Runs the business, prices the big jobs and leads our supervisors.
Leads our BMS work — panel installation and wiring on site.
Leads Lipame Solar — panels, batteries and EV chargers, from survey to handover.
Keeps quotes, paperwork, certificates and inductions in order.
Working towards ISO standards
We already run a quality manual, an environmental manual and 20 company policies. The next step is full ISO certification.
Our own school for our team
We are building an in-house school so every person can grow — from apprentice to supervisor.
